Marcy moved to North Carolina in 2010 after spending 10 years in New Haven, Connecticut.  While in New Haven, Marcy worked at Yale University, first at the Chief Executive Leadership Instiute and then in university fundraising. As the daughter of a community college English professor, she has long been a passionate supporter of the Humanities and Social Sciences.

As part of the university's Think & Do Campaign, Marcy works with volunteer, college and university leaders to plan, implement and oversee a long-range development program to support the vision and funding priorities of the college.  Her favorite part of the job is meeting with NC State alumni and learning about their interests, experiences and areas of passion.
